1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the bukit4 website, mobile applications, and all associated services accessible at bukit4.cam and related domains.
• "User," "You," "Your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "We," "Us," "Our," "bukit4" refers to the operator of the Platform and provider of sports betting, casino, and gaming services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a User upon registration on the Platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives offered by bukit4 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Indonesian Rupiah" or "IDR" or "Rp" refers to the official currency of Indonesia in which all Platform transactions are conducted.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To create an account and use the bukit4 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or allowing any third party to use your Account.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

When registering for an Account on bukit4, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to provide:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Valid email address
• Contact phone number registered in Indonesia
• Date of birth
• Residential address in Indonesia

We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, including but not limited to a copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), proof of address, or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one Account on the bukit4 Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using false or borrowed identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect multiple Accounts belonging to the same User, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void any Bets, and forfeit any winnings and Bonuses associated with those Accounts.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to notify bukit4 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

bukit4 supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours; deposits made outside of banking hours may experience delays until the next business day.

3.2 Deposit Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account as part of our Responsible Gaming commitment. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately for reductions and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases. 3.3 Withdrawal Methods and Processing

Withdrawals may be made to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet from which you made your deposit. We require identity verification and payment method verification before processing your first withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bank transfers: 1-24 hours to Indonesian bank accounts
• E-wallets: 1-6 hours to verified OVO, DANA, or GoPay accounts

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. We do not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

bukit4 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We require all Users to wager deposited funds at least once (1x rollover requirement) before requesting a withdrawal. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals, and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with Indonesian and international AML regulations.

4. Betting Rules and Conduct

4.1 Bet Acceptance

All Bets placed on the bukit4 Platform are subject to acceptance by bukit4. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any Bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, technical error, or circumstances that may compromise the integrity of the betting market. Once a Bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified by the User.

4.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on bukit4 covers a wide range of events including but not limited to football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, international tournaments), basketball, badminton, tennis, MotoGP, and esports (Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Specific betting rules for each sport, including settlement procedures, void bet conditions, and dead heat rules, are available in our detailed Sports Betting Rules section accessible through your Account dashboard.

For football betting, we offer various markets including match result (1X2), Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under goals, both teams to score (BTTS), correct score, and mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections). All Bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified in the market description.

4.3 Casino and Live Dealer Games

Casino games on bukit4, including slots, table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack), and live dealer games, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live studio broadcasts from licensed providers. All games display their Return to Player (RTP) percentage. Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of clear technical malfunction, in which case the affected game round may be voided at our discretion.

4.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bukit4 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, Bet voidance, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of Indonesian law
• Collusion, syndicate betting, or coordinated betting designed to manipulate markets
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Arbitrage betting or taking advantage of technical errors or odds discrepancies
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times
• Providing false or misleading information during Account registration or verification
• Using a VPN or proxy service to disguise your location
• Allowing another person to access or use your Account

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

bukit4 offers various Bonuses and promotions to Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible games. These terms are clearly displayed on the promotion page and in your Account dashboard.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most Bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as rollover requirements) that must be met before Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a Bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place Bets totaling 10 times the Bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution percentages vary by promotion and are specified in the Bonus terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

We reserve the right to void Bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts in cases of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other conduct we deem to be abusive or contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the bukit4 Platform.

6. Responsible Gaming

bukit4 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable Users. We provide a range of responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, wager limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. We strongly encourage all Users to set limits appropriate to their personal circumstances and to view gambling as entertainment, not a source of income.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bukit4 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of bukit4 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranties

The bukit4 Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bukit4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your Account
• Any technical interruption, error, or suspension of service
• Any Bets placed or results of Bets
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Platform

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

8.3 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, telecommunications or internet service provider failures, or power outages.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and best practices. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the bukit4 Platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the courts having jurisdiction over the matter.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Amendments to Terms

bukit4 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

11. Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Closure by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your Account will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, provided you have met all wagering requirements and your Account is in good standing. Closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure.

11.2 Closure or Suspension by bukit4

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You engage in any prohibited activity as outlined in Section 4.4
• We suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• You fail to provide requested identity or payment verification documents
• Your Account remains inactive (no login or Bets) for a period exceeding twelve (12) months

If your Account is closed or suspended for breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to void any pending Bets, forfeit any Bonuses, and withhold any winnings. If your Account is closed without breach, any remaining balance will be returned to you.
